| urgent hi, a language question. my new computer is not in english. going thru setup, on the very first page there are three drop-down menus, the first one is country, what is the second one??? seems to be a question about languages, but i'm not sure exactly what... is this a chance to choose english as my OS language? |

If you want an operating system that lets you choose the language at set up, get a Linux Live CD like Ubuntu. Alias |

People all over the world use XP, 98, ME (YUK), 2000, etc.... and not everyone speaks English! | Re: urgent Since when did windows only come in one language? They sell it all over the world, I doubt the entire planet speaks english. If your in windows press F1 and type in language and it will give you directions on how to get to Regional and Language Options. You can change the language from there...
