| exclamation mark - windows mail Hello I received an email with a red exclamation mark ! in the 1st column. I assume the sender put it there to draw attention to it ? Can I delete it ? I assume I can set a ! in my reply ? Thanks KK |

Nowadays that probably means it's spam. [color=blue] >Can I delete it ?[/color] Sure you can, just like you can delete any other email. But you can't tell for sure whether it's treasure or trash from the high-priority flag. [color=blue] >I assume I can set a ! in my reply ?[/color] Somewhere in your email client will be an option to set the message high priority. Outlook has a big red exclamation point right on the toolbar in the new message window.
