Winsock fault in Vista

Was just wondering, is this fault going to be fixed for Windows 7. Ever so
often it locks up both chrome and IE and the only way to rectify is a full
restart. Cannot fix it via task manager.

Can't say I've ever experienced this in either XP. Vista or Windows 7....

You reset Winsock, which resets the tcp/ip stack without rebooting.
