Vista Rebooting

There was a recent update to Vista ultimate 64bit, that I installed in
my computer. Yesterday, I noticed the update 3 of 3 0% complete do not
shut down your computer screen. Sat there for a few minutes then it
rebooted on it's own, did the same thing again and again. Tried to get
in this morning same thing, tried to boot to safe mode unable to and the
last know good configuration. Any suggestions what to try next?

Got back ups? I hope so because it's time, once again, to reinstall
Vista. Better yet, download Ubuntu for free from http://www.ubuntu.com/
and burn the CD. Use the CD to install Ubuntu and nuke that piece of
**** called Vista.

Re: Vista Rebooting

If you have a Vista DVD, then you could boot from that to the startup
recovery options eg to run 'System Restore'

Yeah...and the dumb **** says I had it coming! The truth is I had the
sheep-****er cornered in an argument that he was badly losing, as
usual...so his only retort, being the weak stupid, ignorant,
unintelligent asshole he is...was to cross the line and insult my
family. He has a very low IQ, is a broke POS and he is truly one of the
most vile, disgusting, individuals in the world and he is also a weak
coward hiding behind his keyboard.
He can eat **** and die as far as I'm concerned.
He should also pray he never, ever, meets me in person!
