removing security system

windows vista, I tried to download Live Onecare, but it didn't finish, I had
windows defender and I removed it. I tried to remove onecare but it didn't
work neither. How can I remove onecare to download it again?

Didn't finish WHAT? Downloading, or installing?
BTW Onecare is dead - I'm surprised you can still download it. Try Microsoft
Essentials instead.
