media player problem

Hello, I have a problem again, I hope the last. I have always clicked on
my songs and windows media player opened automatically. Now I click and
double click the files and WM player doesn't open. Only when I go to All
programs and open WM player from that directory it opens and everythings
seems ok, but it must open automatically when I click on my music don't
know what is the problem if there is any. Help me please.

Fix your file associations.

Maybe from within WMP, maybe from within the other media program you just
installed, or maybe by right clicking on a music file and saying Open
with/Always use this program.

If you tried a different player ( d/l and installed ) you need to
reassociate media player .

Re: media player problem

no, I don't understand how to reassociate it, I tried to click on music
and open it with my default program media player now I get the message
the parameter is incorrect.

From my post about 18 hours ago:
Associate to WMP "by right clicking on a music file and saying Open
with/Always use this program".

But as I said, I'm also sure you can do it from within WMP and probably
even from within the new media player program that I suspect you
installed...
