I loaded winows vista ultimate upgrade on a fresh copy of wp service pack 2.
When I try to install windows live one care I get a message that says must
have xp service pack 2. I cant install a windows product on another windows
product. WOW

You need OneCare v1.5, if you like that sort of thing.
