I've made a huge error...I've lost my garbae icon. I ereased it by error. But
now, How can I refind it? And there is any way to lock it in place?

1. Click on Vista's blue Start button and then click on "Help and Support".
2. Type RECYCLE BIN in the Search box, press the Enter key.
3. Click on "Show or hide the Recycle Bin".
4. Follow the self-help instructions.

You right clicked on the recycle bin and chose Delete, instead of Empty
Recycle Bin, and it promptly did what you told it to do. Carey gave you the
fix.
