I have Windows XP Home.

I want to upgrade to Windows Vista Home Premium.

The problem is I can't seem to find the upgrade edition in New Delhi, India
where I reside. I have been told that upgrade edition will not be available
in India.

Is that true?

Windows Vista has not reached the stores yet and there is no chance of it
being available for 2 weeks atleast.

Why the delay? Also, Why has the price not been set in India.

It seems like Microsoft India just does not know how to sell Windows Vista.

Can someone at Microsoft tell me what is going on with Windows Vista as far
as India is concerned.

It has been very frustrating for the pas t few days as I have not been able
to find how exactly Microsoft plans to sell Windows Vista in India.

Sorry you're frustrated but you're also under the false assumption that this
site is formal MS support. This is a peer to peer support group. Maybe
someone who has knowledge of your questions might see it and respond. MS
employees very occasionally post here but not formally.
