| amazing, no pirated copies of vista on release day Did anyone notice that there as of this writing have not been any posting of retail vista DVD images on the internet? I'm a bit surprised, as I figured even with activation someone would've posted just the raw DVD image somewhere on the net. However I looked on common torrent trackers as well as usenet, and found nothing that could for certain be an image of the windows vista retail full version. I found an all in one release that claims to be the vista RTM with both 32 and 64 bit on one DVD, but I'm certain that's not an official deal, plus that file was from the RTM release in November. Any ideas as to why we didn't see a DVD image of the vista DVD posted anywhere on release day? I would've thought someone somewhere with a freshly purchased windows vista DVD would've eagerly posted it somewhere, but maybe it's too early yet I guess? |

| Re: amazing, no pirated copies of vista on release day Vista RTM has been out there to steal for over two months. What are you talking about? There is no difference in what was released today, than what many of the pirates released shortly after Nov. 8, 2006. There are already hacks, cracks, KMS servers, Virtual KMS Servers, and patched files for activation, too. -Michael "p2pdude" <filesharing@is.good> wrote in message news:Xns98C8DC8EF2E32filesharingisgood@207.46.248. 16... > Did anyone notice that there as of this writing have not been any posting > of retail vista DVD images on the internet? > I'm a bit surprised, as I figured even with activation someone would've > posted just the raw DVD image somewhere on the net. | Re: amazing, tons of pirated copies of vista on release day There are scores of them before, during, and after. If the sun comes up and sets, there will be scores of sites for pirated copies and SPP is easily hacked. It's not legal in my country.
