Weather Gadget

Hey guys,

I'd like to know if it's possible to fix the Weather Gadget problem. I've
read that I should wait until my region will be added to the database.

The thing is that weather gadget was working with RC1 and earlier betas of
Vista. But from RC2 to RTM, weather gadget won't work :-(, I always get
weather gadget "service not available" message.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Re: Weather Gadget

I second your request.

This is a very VERY strange "problem". With everything set to United States,
the weather is shown correctly and I can see the HTTP request/response with
a network analyzer. When something is set to some value other than
US/English, the gadget does not even send the HTTP request to the web
service, as if it was hard coded locally not to do so.

Anyone got a solution for this?

Re: Weather Gadget

I've found a solution for this issue. It seems to be related with
international settings that interact with windows live services (wlsrvc.dll).
This file should be replaced to get it to work..
