why they don't give a newer update,but this is what i use on my VISTA HOME
PREMIUM with tv tuner card...it works but when i start it in SAFE mode it has
a (warning) triangle in Device Manager,and when i start in normal it's ok in
device manager,,hmm,go figure.,,don't think it's suppose to be compatible
with vista,,so software conflict,,bought computer in 2007-HP Media Center PC
