| getting application to start up on second monitor Hello, I am running windows vista home premium. I have turned the monitor from my old PC into a second monitor. However now I would like some applications (which display multiple windows when I start them up) to start on my second monitor when they appear as opposed to on my primary monitor attached to my laptop. Is there a way to get an application to start on the second monitor instead? Thanks, John Goche      |
