Delivery Manager has stopped working

Using Vista Home Premium, whenever I boot up and log on, I get the message
above with the additional text "Windows is collecting more information about
the problem. This might take several minutes... "

After a while, the additional text changes to "A problem caused the program
to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if
a solution is available".

I usually press the 'Close Program' button and continue, without any obvious
adverse effects.

Does anyone understand why this happens & know how to fix it?

Re: Delivery Manager has stopped working

Do you by any chance have (or have you had in the past) some form of Video
on Demand software installed? If you do, try reinstalling it and see if
that sorts it out? If you've recently removed such software, You'll
probably find you also need to remove something called Kontiki Delivery
Manager. This might not be straightforward and a bit of reading may be
required. Here's a good place to start.
