You are now discovering the penalty for this.

And you won't, not a legitimate one at least outsider of an MSDN or Technet
subscription. There are no legal sources outside of them.

What you probably have is malware in the user-definded startup axis. A tool
like autoruns (will work in safe mode) may help you to isolate and disable
the problem. Autoruns:
