Send To Folder

I just bought an acer laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium and would like
to setup the send to folder for more destinations.
On XP this was a matter of typing send to in the run in startup and hitting
enter and the send to folder was displayed.
I have been unable to figure out this in Vista. Can someone tell me how to
do this in Vista?
TIA
