Bluescreen

While I was surfing the net all of a sudden I get the bluescreen. This is not
the first time this has happened. I am hoping that there is somebody out
there who can help me solving this problem. Here are the problem details
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

Hi Diane,

As the article Peter linked to states, there can be several causes for this
error. Analyzing the dump file may help indicate where the problem lies.
Please send the most recent minidump file under C:\Windows\minidump to me at
rick_at_mvps_dot_org using a subject line of 'per req' and I will take a
look. If you are not using minidumps, please change your settings under the
Control Panel/System/Advanced system settings/startup and recovery settings
to a small dump.
