How Do I: Hide updates for Vista Windows

I would like to know how to hide certain updates from the windowsupdate process in Vista SP1?

Thanks for the quick response Pete. Vista does not take me directly to
windowsupdaqte like XP does. All I have to work from is the list selection
of updates that Vista provides to me . There is no Radio button/Checkbox
which would allow this feature to take place?

Is there a work around?

Right click on the update you do not want and select "Hide" from the right
click menu.
