(a business day is usually catagorised as Mon to Fri). So whatever your issue is you are still inside the window for he first order you placed on June 18. As regards only dealing with the shipping warehouse by e-mail this is very common practice as warehouse staff do not have time to keep being diverted from their roles to answer the phone and bulking up messages via e-mail allows for a more ordered response AND tracking that the message was actually , sent,received, read and then replied to. Of course your own comment about you bought the 32-bit version that you "DID not WANT" - begs the obvious question - why did you buy the wrong version in the first place? If you wanted the 64-but version of Home Premium OEM you could have bought it ?- but your chose to buy the retail package (at greater cost to yourself) and then deal with the replacement media service. However you are still within the window of delivery for standard service from your initial order, so no real point in getting upset (yet) -- Mike Brannigan |
