Vista SP2 wouldn't appear in the list of updates

Hi there.
I run Vista Business 32-bit, SP1. The recommended updates I keep getting for
it are IE8 and PowerShell 1.0, no Service Pack 2. Is the SP2 availability
depending upon said components being installed beforehand?
I've already installed IE8, on another 2 PCs running SP1, but SP2 still does
not appear in the list of updates; those are PCs with Vista pre-installed
(unlike my PC,) so I really don't know what to make of it there and wouldn't
bother anyway.
So, how would I install SP2?
Thanks.

Download the .exe and/or the .iso from http://technet.microsoft.com (open
the Windows Tech Center and then click on Windows Vista Service Pack 2/
Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 downloads).
