What's the difference between the windows vista(home,business or ultimate)
and upgrade windows vista? Has the complete version(ex. Ultimate) more
functions than upgrade one(Ultimate)? If yes, What are those functions ?

Upgrade and full retail media are identical. Functionality is the same.

The upgrade versions require you to have Windows XP or Windows 2000 already
installed on your computer, the full versions do not.
