| Java on Vista RTM? I can find no indication of Sun Java on my Vista RTM. Is it included, or does it need to be added? |

I'm totally perplexed that the lack of technical know-how/knowledge by so many in this group in this group. I'd expect it from the windowsxp.general group, but I guess I figured that anyone using Vista before it's official release was technically savvy to some degree. I wasn't singling him out. Java used to come with Windows and not everyone's heard of the lawsuit so the question wasn't dumb at all. Tom Lake |

| Re: Java on Vista RTM? Thanks for the criticism, Scott. I appreciate that. It helps remind me that I don't know everything and sometimes ask dumb questions. In the past, I had been used to MS JVM coming with Windows, but, knowing that it was no longer, and that Sun was now the preferred java, I wasn't sure if it was included or if Windows just came javaless now. I didn't know, so I was stupid enough to ask. I'm just a hopeless case, I guess. Scott wrote: > Daze N.
