| trying to upgrade for 5 weeks ! I purchased an Upgrade Redemption Form with a form number for Vista. I have been trying for 3 weeks at least. I am very angry at how difficult this process is. I have a custom made computer....I have already paid for the upgrade! I have called Microsoft and keep getting the wrong information or information that leads me to another form that doesn't allow me to finish the process, or asks for my computer manufacturer, or asks me to pay for the upgrade. I WANT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. WHY CAN'T I JUST MAIL IN THE **** FORM? |

WHY CAN'T I JUST MAIL IN THE **** FORM?[/color] From whom did you purchase the upgrade redemption form? Typically those are provided through PC manufacturers and you would redeem the form through the same PC manufacturer. -- Tom Porterfield |

Did you actually purchase a copy of Windows XP OEM that included the coupon/form from a distributor and are now trying to redeem an Express Upgrade? -- Mike Brannigan |

| Re: trying to upgrade for 5 weeks ! THEN WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE OR SOMEONE SAY THAT, INSTEAD OF HAVING ME GO THROUGH ALL THIS FRUSTRATION AND WASTED TIME? I HAVE A REDEMPTION FORM NUMBER, I JUST WANT TO MAIL IT IN OR FINISH THE PROCESS.
