| Video under Vista at 56k I am trying to watch a video on-line under Vista.(32 bit) I only have a 56k line so the video is very slow. Can I configure Flash to run at 56k? Any advice greatfully received. Thanks Ps. I can't find Flash on my system. Any idea where it is installed? |

| Re: Video under Vista at 56k David's right, you can't get quality streaming video with 56k connection. But to answer the second part.... To find your flash installation, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Manage add ons. Some sites like Google video often have an download option (or there are tools / websites that can help with the process). You'd need a download manager (I used to use 'Star Downloader' when I was on dial up a few years back), and also a program for watching flash videos locally eg 'VLC Media Player' or 'FLV Player', both of which are free. -- Jon |
