Vista and Windows Help Program

Once again I am baffled. Windows does not provide their own Windows Help
Program in Vista. Even though many applications require it?

Anyway, I did find the link for Downloading the WinHlp32.exe program for
Vista. However, there are two versions and Microsoft does not provide any
definition as to which Download is for what version of Vista?

They only say:

Files in This Download
The links in this section correspond to separate files available in this
download.

Download the files most appropriate for you. (What a dumb thing to say.
Which one is for what version of Vista?)

Windows6.0-KB917607-x64.msu
Windows6.0-KB917607-x86.msu

Forgive my ignorance. Which one of these two files is for Vista 32-bit?

I'll expand a bit on the other replies.

x86, for historic reasons, means 32-bit software.
x64, for logical reasons, means 64-bit software.

The first Intel chips for PCs were 8088, followed soon by 8086 CPUs. That,
basically, is where the "86" comes from.
