Hi Usama--

I apologize. I didn't read your problem carefully enough and I missed your
pic at first. I have it now.

Here's how to change that icon back to notepad:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Rt. Click Notepad>Change
Icon>browse>C:\Windows\System32\click notepad.exe\OK>apply>OK.

That should get you back to the notepad icon as the default icon which is
what you asked to do. My other post was how to change icons in general.
