Document Explorer error reading help files

Hi there,

I'm using Windows Vista x64 Business Edition
q6600 Intel quad processor, 4 Gig of RAM, 200 Gig free HD space
Also
Office 2007 SP2, SQL Server 2005 Dev and Visual Studio 2005 STD.

After I installed the office SP2 I'm no longer able to access any help file
(? icon)

In office I'm getting
"The setup controller has encountered a problem during install.
Please review the log files for further information on the error"

In SQL server I'm getting:
"Microsoft Document Explorer cannot be shown because the specified
Help collection 'ms-help://ms.sqlcc.vp' is invalid"

After detect and repair office and Document Explorer 2005
I'm still no longer use the help system

How to solve this issue without formatting the HD?

Thanks,
Oded Dror
