Please help[/color] Are you sure there is a virus (as opposed to odd behaviour which might be caused by something else)? If there is, I doubt it's surviving a reformat and fresh install. It's more likely that your machine is being reinfected after the install - perhaps from external storage(an external hard drive, USB memory stick, even an mp3 player or digital camera), or perhaps your installation media (if that's not original).
