When un-hiding Protected Operating System Files in explorer to see the
cookies folder
I found a folder called:

found.000

Access is denied to this folder.

Anyone know what this is??

But access is denied for me (Administrator) to the folder. I tried changing
the
security settings to Allow all but I still don't have access to this folder.
