Snipping Tool?

I have no problem using the Snipping Tool -- but it does have an annoying
"feature": it has to be run as an administrator, yet because it is part of
the operating system the compatibility mode cannot be set but that is where
the ability to set "Run As Administrator" is set.

What should I do?

Ross

RE: Snipping Tool?

Hi,
I have never had to "run as administrator" to use the snipping tool for any
of my normal user accounts (non administrator). I'm not sure what your
problem is.
Does this happen on just one account?

Have you tried turning off user account controls?
