Vista Community web interface doesn't work?

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, but I don't know where else to ask.
Does the other web interface for the Vista Community just not work? (link
below)

I can't sign in or post using it, although the similar XP page works fine...

The original link to Vista Discussions IS broken.
After you sign-in, you still can not post, or reply

BUT, the link posted here WORKS.

You scroll down the list to: microsoft.public.windows THEN expand it for
Vista Newsgroups

This may be unanswerable, but why on earth does MS have a whole splashy Vista
Community page out there that doesn't work??
