I found that Vista's security has been improved. It is now impossible
to log in Vista with system account. Has anybody first hand knowledge
about a method?

A first question is why do you want to do this.
(Without getting into if it's possible.)
Knowing what you want to do may point to an alternative.

Thanks for taking time to read my question
I have some extra folders in my C:\ drive. I have not been able to
delete these folders even with the administrator account in command
line. Only the system account has full permission on these folders
