What is the fault data for that specific crash according to View Problem
History in the Problem Reports and Solutions control panel?

Re: Windows explorer stop responding

I had the same problem for months. Just often enough to be a pain. I
have fixed it and I'd guess you could do the same. I installed Safari and
after about a week of getting to know it, I like it better and it is
noticeably faster. Having said that, it is possible that if I had been
able to find the cause of the stop responding issues, that may have resulted
in a faster response by Window's Explorer.

Re: Windows explorer stop responding

I am not awre of fault data, all I do is that I work normlly and when I try
to switch between windows, the pointer changes into a turning sand clock and
the screen comes to a hault, then the error message pops up when i try to re
click again.
The history in the Problem Reports and Solution shows that there is no
solution to problems caused by IE and direct me to the update, the update
says that my computer is up to date !!

Re: Windows explorer stop responding

That wasn't really the question - the question was what *is* that data?
That's some specific and exact data that may or may not be informative. =)

If you're happy with the answer you've gotten, then I guess we're done here.
If you want to share that data, it may be decipherable. =)

If you End Program data will show up in the Problem Reports and Solutions
control panel. That's the information I was asking for.

Re: Windows explorer stop responding

I thought that the sound card vendor had released an update or that - if you
check with them or your system maker, do they have an update?

driver tab
The message of " Windows has determined ....." - which was displayed after
going to check online-says clearly that this driver is the latest update.
