He is; that is Bill Yanaire whose nickname is Da Lamb Chop. He also posts
under Spankey de monkey and also has a nickname of Da Baboon. And he
makes posts forging others names. But it is easy to tell. You can look
at the header information too.

It just occured to me i may be breaking the rules with all this Latin,
i verily apologise if i am. Sadly some things simply must be classically
orated.
