Is this utility Vista friendly?

Please look at this program and share opinions of its validity and/or
effectiveness.

Does Vista need such assistance to keep running smoothly? Or is this type
program a waste or even harmful? As of now all I do is an occasional
defrag/scandisk and use CCleaner daily. Seems like I read once that screwing
around with the registry via registry cleaners was harmful. Anyhow, any
input is appreciated as always! Thanks, TJ

Save your money by leaving the product be. Apart from the registry saboteur
included in that package, there is nothing that one can't get for free or
that is already included in a Windows installation..

Unless you are comfortable making registry changes manually you probably
should not fool around with automated registry cleaners. However if you wish
to do so, the CCleaner that you are already using has a decent registry
cleaner built in so why buy another one?
