| Re: Firefox vs IE - NO CONTEST It depends what you're doing in JavaScript. My testing in FF2 and early FF3 betas found that updating a control, such as a text box or drop down caused Firefox to be up to 30 times slower than IE7/IE6. I put this down the the non-native, XUL themed controls being slower to draw, and the UI not being in it's own thread. Marc      |
