I actually use IE7 much more than Firefox these days. My main complaint is that it is too slow to start up, and I just prefer the IE7 interface and options for some reason. Firefox does browse and render more quickly though. I wish I could have IE, but with the Gecko rendering engine, and the about:config options. ss. |

See it only when programming or using Access. |

It's just the same as default, isn't it? You just made the menu hidden? I've done that too, and I have also moved the Refresh and Stop buttons to the other side, in the same places that they are in IE7. Firefox 3 has a nice interface, but I still use IE7 much more for reason that I cannot explain. I have the Options dialogue in Firefox, but the advanced about:config is very cool. As I said, the main problem is that it takes so long to startup. ss. |

I'm used to things starting almost immediately. It's not like I am starting up Photoshop or something. ss. |

I just timed it on my AMD XP 3000+ with a gig of RAM and it took five seconds. IE6 took six seconds. I haven't tried it with IE7 but five seconds isn't exactly a long time and it only takes that "long" the first time you open it after booting up the computer. Alias |
