Website as Background in Vista

Is there a way to set a website as your wallpaper in Vista? The reason is I
am trying to use an swf as my wallpaper. I knew how to do it in XP but I
can't seem to find any way to do it in Vista.

Re: Website as Background in Vista

They took that away from Vista as a security precaution.
Nice improvement isn't it?
And they wonder why people complain...
