| Showing generic icons instead of a preview When I open a folder in Vista (such as my Pictures folder), Windows lists my pictures with some generic picture icon instead of actually show me the image. I've tried changing the view to Large and Extra Large icons, but I still see just the generic image. |

| Re: Showing generic icons instead of a preview Open "Folder Options" applet via Control Panel or from Start - Search box (by running the command "control folders").
