The install included setting up and configuring Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice and a few other applications like Gimp plus the standard applications that came with Ubuntu. I also installed a printer for them. All they need to do is log on and use the applications. No viruses, no security breaches and it never crashes for them.
