Activation Backup

Can i do vista activation backup, so that there is trouble with my computer
and i need
to install with the same pc, i don't have to reactivate my vista :D

There is no "activation backup".

You would need to backup your entire system.

No, and there really isn't any need for it. Activation is quick and free.
At worst, you have to make a toll-free phone call that lasts a few minutes.

That said, imaging the drive after activation would be an option.

That is called Linux. No problem with reinstall but you do not have to
worry about it.
