| Re: Vista & Microsoft Office Programmes I actually got it to work finally but I guess I was not asking the right question. What I should have asked is how do I know when I am running something as an administrator. I have set up my account as an admin but on top of that I have to tell every app I run I want it to treat me as an admin!!?? Now I am inclined to side with the Linux psychos that posted in other parts of this thread. At any rate, problem solved - Thanks for the help. | Re: Vista & Microsoft Office Programmes Hi, James. You'll be glad to know that Windows 7 is much less intrusive in its enforcement of User Account Control. And Win7 will be here Real Soon Now. ;<) RC -- R. C.
