Set taskbar to default

Hi
I have Vista Home basic 32 bit
Is there a simple way to reset the whole taskbar to Default?
(Quick launch Notification, averything)
If so, How ?
I have read a lot of Brink Tutorials and there good
its allways x64 and x86
my is 32 x86, I guess there similar
and many times I dont understand them

I've already send me a link of that link you posted
Was allways confused by does numbers 64 and 86
did not now 32 and 86 was the same
What I would like do is, to see if mail has come without opening
Windows mail first
Windows Updates notification allways show up and no Icon is there
Help an support tells you how to remove an Icon from Notification
but I can not find how to move one in to notification
may be its just a shortcut ?
perhaps I should post this in Windows mail and not here in general well so
what
