It would be advisable to NOT delete anything you find in there.

I recommend to use Clone Remover to 'delete duplicate files'
(http://www.moleskinsoft.com/) out of the file repository. If you're not
sure if it it's worth to do it you can take support@moleskinsoft.com.

Here is a free tool - <a
href="http://www.mindgems.com/products/Fast-Duplicate-File-Finder/Fast-Duplicate-File-Finder-About.htm">find duplicate files</a>

<a
href="http://www.mindgems.com/products/Duplicate-MP3-Finder/Audio-Dedupe-About.htm">Audio
Dedupe - Duplicate MP3 Finder</a> can find duplicate mp3 even without id3
tags.

<a
href="http://www.mindgems.com/products/VS-Duplicate-Image-Finder/VSDIF-About.htm">Find Duplicate Photos</a> - Visual Similarity Duplicate Image Finder
Visual Similarity Duplicate Image Finder will find all similar and duplicate
images in a folder and its sub folders.
It uses advanced algorithms in order to find similar images in a way that a
human does.
Due to that fact it can find similar images even if they are in different
image formats and sizes.

These are all tools that I use and were featured on PCMag. Give them a try.

This is a better program: Directory Report http://www.file-utilities.com
BTW - Don't delete anything from the Windows directory
