| Money Essentials categories Hi, I could not find a group for Money Essentials so I though I would post here in hopes of getting a response. Running Windows Vista as my OS. I just purchased Money Essentials 2008. In the checkbook register it says Payee/cateegoy. When I had a newer version of money I got to pick the category off a list or enter it in. How do I categorize deboits and credits in Money Essentials 2008 so I can create a budget and reports showing the cash flow, where the money went? Any help would be greatly appreciated |

| Re: Money Essentials categories In Money 2007, if you look through the preferences, there is a simple register, and a detailed register. the detailed register view, allows for categories. the simple view does not. I'm not familiar with "Money Essentials" perhaps the term "essential" in the title means your version is a stripped down version and you only get "the essentials" ??
