Can't figure out how to change directory for command prompt. I open it it
says "C:\Windows\System 32" I want "C:\Users\User1" Try CD but not
recognized.

Try: cd C:\Users\Users1 at the command prompt:

The command will then look like this: C:\Windows\System 32>cd C:\Users\User1
