Rundll32 and windows Explorer

Hey All,
Need your help....have windows vista home premium was working fine for 1
year when for the past two days having problem with windows
explorer....whenever trying to open windows explorer it keeps shutting down
saying "windows explorer has stopped working and will restart" having this
problem in both the drives C and D drives...don't know what to do....before
the error would come "rundll32 has stopped working and windows explorer will
restart" any comments and problem solving replies appreciated.

Please make sure that you report the problem to Micro-soft the next time the
error appears.

What are the fault details for that crash according to the Problem Reports
and Solutions Center control panel?
