I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem...

I am trying to install some drivers for a video card I've just bought,
but when I commence the setup using Install shield wizard the wizard
informs me that "Setup detects that you are not running Windows Vista
32 bit edition and will terminate." This is news to me!

I am most definitely running Windows Vista 32 bit. Can anyone suggest
to me why the setup program isn't detecting this? This has left me
unable to use the video card.
