It sounds like heating in one of the components. The gpu temp sounds higher
than it needs to be. I take it that you are not overclocking? I would take
a good look at the DDR3. Do you have heat sinks installed on them? Are you
using a thermally advantaged case? What is the make and model of the
computer? What is the cpu model? E6xxx or E9xxx?

60-80 is high but the card should be able to run at 90 before
crapping out. You have a good point about the ram though, ram heatsinks
would be a cheap fix to try.

<80 is fine. Nvidia GPU's are spec'd to run at something like 120c
