Boot up selection?

I was configuring my Windows Vista using MSConfig. One of the settings
state that If I make it a permanent setting I can never change the
setting. I reconfigured my boot up selection to give me the choice of
safe, normal and some other choices. Now I want to change it to boot
normally without providing me those choices at boot time. I am sure
that there is a registry setting that will correct this. Can any one
tell me how to locate this control in the registry?

Hi, I believe there is a misunderstanding in what msconfig.exe usage
concerns. msconfig is an utility to troubleshoot the Windows startup
process, sometimes misleading to believe it is a "tweak utility" which
I believe its not .

Re: Boot up selection?

If you go into System>Advanced System Settings>Advanced>Startup and Recovery
and then uncheck "Time to display recovery options when needed", you might
get what you're looking for.
